Colorado Homeless Contribution Tax Credit Program
Any donor that contributes over $500 to RecoveryWorks in one calendar year is eligible to receive additional tax savings through the Colorado Homeless Contribution Income Tax Credit (HCTC) program. This tax credit is equal to 25% of your donation. To be eligible you must be a Colorado resident.

Donate a Meal
Providing a meal is a simple and meaningful way to support our residents. Individuals and groups can drop off a meal, donate food, or come on-site to prepare a meal together. Please contact us to schedule a meal.
Volunteer Your Time
Volunteers help support our residents, programs, and events throughout the year. Our ongoing volunteer opportunities are listed on the Spark the Change platform, where you can view current opportunities and sign up to get involved.
Internships
RecoveryWorks offers internships for students interested in social work, nonprofit operations, and community outreach. Please contact us to learn more about current internship opportunities.
Donate Items (In-Kind Donations)
Wish List
Purchase needed items directly from our Amazon Wishlist and have them shipped to RecoveryWorks. This is an easy way to support our residents and programs.
Gift Cards
King Soopers gift cards help us purchase groceries for meals and program needs, and are also given directly to guests as they move into housing to help them get started.
Donate Your Car
Donate your car, truck, or other vehicle through Cars Helping Charities and select RecoveryWorks as the nonprofit beneficiary. Proceeds from your donation directly support RecoveryWorks programs and residents.

King Soopers Community Rewards
Link your King Soopers or City Market loyalty card to RecoveryWorks and a portion of your purchases will be donated automatically every time you shop. Search for RecoveryWorks by name, or type PV095, and click “Enroll.”
Colfax Marathon
Join Team RecoveryWorks during Colfax Marathon weekend each May! Choose from the 5K, Urban 10-Miler, Marathon Relay, Half Marathon, or Full Marathon and support RecoveryWorks as a Charity Partner.
Host An Event
Many of our fundraising efforts are led by people in the community who host events, donation drives, and peer-to-peer fundraisers to support RecoveryWorks. If you have an idea for an event or fundraiser, we would love to work with you. Please contact us to get started.

Local businesses play an important role in helping RecoveryWorks create stability and opportunity for individuals experiencing homelessness in Jefferson County.
